be8999 Responsible Gaming — Stay Safe, Enjoy the Fun
Entertainment should be enjoyable — not a burden. be8999 provides powerful tools and 24/7 support to keep you in control at all times.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Online gaming is a popular form of entertainment. But like any entertainment, it needs to be enjoyed in a balanced and mindful way. Responsible gaming means you are making your own decisions — when to play, how much time to spend, and how much money to wager. be8999 always believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems.
Following responsible gaming principles on our platform is mandatory. Only those aged 21 or above may open an account and play on be8999. No registration is completed without age verification. On this page we will discuss how you can keep yourself protected and which tools we have available for you.
be8999 is committed to creating a safe and transparent environment for players in Bangladesh. Through SSL encryption, fair play policies, and strict responsible gaming standards, we work to keep your experience enjoyable and risk-free. Remember: winning is not guaranteed, so never bet more than you can afford.
Our Safety Tools
Deposit Limit
Set the maximum amount you deposit per day, week, or month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. A 24-hour cooldown period applies to increasing a limit — this protects you from spending more in a moment of impulse.
Time-Out Break
Use a time-out when you need a short break — your account can be temporarily suspended for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period you cannot log in, place bets, or make deposits. Once the period ends, you will automatically regain access.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, use self-exclusion. You can keep your account closed for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once you choose this option, your account cannot be reactivated during that period.
Bet Limit
Restrict the total amount you wager on a single bet or within a session. This limit protects you from a large loss in a single night. Set your own budget and enjoy the game within that boundary.
Session Timer
Track how long you have been playing. be8999's session timer feature reminds you to take regular breaks. Playing for a long stretch without stopping is not healthy — take a break, drink some water, and come back with a fresh mind.
24/7 Support Service
Contact us on live chat at any time with any gaming-related concern. Our Bengali-speaking support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No matter how small an issue seems, do not hesitate to ask.

Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming
If any of the following apply to you or someone you know, it is important to take a break and seek support:
- Continuously betting to recover losses — the mindset of "just one more and I will win"
- Playing beyond your budget or gaming with borrowed money
- Losing focus on family, friends, or work
- Being unable to stop gaming or feeling restless when you do
- Hiding how much time or money you are spending on gaming
- Cutting back on food, bills, or other essential expenses because of gaming
- Feeling anger, depression, or excessive excitement when you lose
Healthy Habits for Responsible Gaming
Following these simple rules will keep gaming enjoyable at all times:
- Set a specific budget before you play and stick to it
- Do not think of gaming as a source of income — it is entertainment only
- Take at least a 5-10 minute break every hour
- Never play under the influence of alcohol or medication
- If you are not feeling well, stop before opening a game
- Do not try to chase losses after a loss
- Talk openly with family and friends about your gaming habits
- Keep the session timer on to stop automatically after a set time
Self-Exclusion: Protect Yourself
Self-exclusion is be8999's most powerful responsible gaming tool. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, relationships, or financial situation, choosing self-exclusion is the smart decision.
Once self-exclusion is active, logging in to your account, making deposits, or placing bets becomes completely impossible for the specified period. No promotional emails or offers will be sent during this period. Your balance will remain safe and can be withdrawn once the period ends.
To activate self-exclusion, contact our 24/7 live chat or email us at [email protected]. Our team will process your request quickly — without any judgment or questions.
